Roadworks - Middleton Road / Golf Links Road

As part of the 2024/2025 capital works program, City of Albany will be undertaking reconstruction works on Middleton Road, from Adelaide Crescent / Lake Seppings Drive to Flinders Parade.  These works will include the following;

• Drainage and culvert works;
• Road pavement reconstruction;
• Installation of kerbing and driveway crossovers;
• The installation of a shared path on between Eyre Park and Flinders Parade.

On Golf Links Road work will include the construction of cycle paths from the end of the existing cycle lanes at Wollaston Road to Middleton Road.

The City has contracted WCP Civil to undertake the work which is scheduled to commence in late November 2024 and is expected to be completed in March 2025.

Road closures, with local traffic only and traffic controls, will be in place for the duration of the works.  The Contractor will endeavour to keep disruptions to a minimum and would appreciate your co-operation in working with on-site staff.
