Revocation of Local Planning Policy

Notice is hereby given that Council, in accordance with Division 2 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, has resolved to revoke the Bed and Breakfast Local Planning Policy, effective from the date this notification is published. The Local Planning Policy has been superseded and is no longer relevant.
