Proposal to Dispose of Property | Rose Gardens Beachside Holiday Park - Portion Crown Reserve 22698, Mermaid Ave, Emu Point

The City of Albany proposes to lease portion of Crown Reserve 22698, Emu Point to RAC Tourism Assets Pty Ltd for a consideration of $115,000 plus GST per annum in accordance with market valuation dated 21 February 2025.

The lease will be for a term of 21 years with a further term option of 21 years. 

It is a requirement of the Local Government Act 1995 that this proposal be advertised for public comment.

Any submissions along with the names of the submitters may be included in the final report presented to Council.

Submissions can be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Albany, PO Box 484, Albany WA 6331 or emailed to [email protected] by 5.00pm, Thursday 27 March 2025.
