Omnibus Revocation of Local Planning Policies

Notice is hereby given that the City of Albany, in accordance with Division 2 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, has revoked the following Local Planning Policies, following the gazettal of the Local Planning Scheme No.2 (LPS2).
These local planning policies, adopted under Local Planning Scheme No. 1 either provide strategic direction that is no longer necessary or have been incorporated into the new Local Planning Scheme No.2 (LPS2) published in the Government Gazette on 27 February 2024.
Please note the revocation is effective from the date this notification is published.
