The Lotteries House Management Committee has two office spaces available for lease at Albany Lotteries House on North Road for a period of up to 3 years.

Office 1

Floor space of 24 square metres.

Rent for the 2023/24 financial year is $4,566.48 per annum (inc GST), with rental reviews on 1 July annually.

Office 2

Floor space of 19 square metres.

Rent for the 2023/24 financial year is $3,615.13 per annum (inc GST), with rental reviews on 1 July annually.

The Committee seeks submissions from interested organisations or community groups that are incorporated, non-profit, and non-government entities.
