Bridge Closure - Cosy Corner Road

Main Roads Western Australia have been undertaking bridge maintenance and improvement works to bridge no. 4223A on Cosy Corner Road.

Main Roads are informing the community that various constraints and conditions on site have resulted in inadequate lane widths to allow for the public to safely use the bridge for the second phase of the works. The second phase of the works includes constructing the remainder of the concrete bridge deck and various repairs under the bridge.

As a result, the bridge will need to be closed to allow for the second phase of the bridgeworks to be completed safely. The closure is currently planned from 6 January 2025 to late March 2025.

A signed detour will be in place via Cosy Corner Road / Hartman Road / Pikadon Road / Hortin Road / Coombes Road / Cosy Corner Road, as per the diagram below.
