Terms and Conditions

Event Eligibility:

• Events must take place within the Local Government boundaries of the City of Albany.
• Events requiring Event Approval from the City of Albany will only be published once approval has been granted, or at the discretion of the Events Approvals & Projects Officer. Accuracy of Information:

• It is the responsibility of the event organiser to submit all content and copy as required for the event listing to be processed. Missing information will result in the event listing being deemed incomplete.
• Event organisers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their events. Any changes to event details should be promptly communicated to [email protected]

Content Guidelines:

• Submitted events should be appropriate for all audiences and must not contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• We do not endorse, promote, or accept submissions related to any political events, campaigns, or activities. Our platform is intended for non-political, community-oriented events within the Great Southern area.
• The City of Albany reserves the right to reject or remove any event that violates these guidelines.

Submission Review:

• All event submissions are subject to review by the City of Albany and The City of Albany reserves the right to accept, reject, or edit event submissions at their discretion.

Social Media Promotion:

• If you would like for your event to be featured on the City of Albany’s social media channels, a promotional tile can be sent to [email protected]. Whether the event is featured remains at the discretion of the City of Albany’s Communications Team.
