The Restricted Burning Time in the Northeast Sector of the City of Albany has been lifted, as of today, Tuesday 22nd April 2025, where burn permits are no longer required. All other conditions under the Bush Fire Act 1954 and must maintained.  The Southwest Sector of the City of Albany is still in the Restricted Burning Period up to and including Wednesday 14th May 2025.

Kalgan Stampede Rodeo returns for 2025 with a new date, and new hosts Double Barrel Entertainment invite you to their family friendly event with lots of rodeo action, food vendors, stalls and country music.

Gates officially open at 8am with juniors. Main event begins at 2pm featuring a grand entry followed by action packed rodeo.

Dance the night away with country rock music performed by The Bradley Hall Band and Renegade.
