Jack Davies (WA) and The Grand Magoozi (VIC) perform live at the Albany Town Hall
ONLINE SALES CLOSED - LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
Join us for a night of songs and poetry from two of Australia's finest touring folksingers. Jack Davies is a travelling songwriter, well known for his slick finger picking and rambling stories. Often performing with his group "Jack Davies and The Bush Chooks", the young singer has been awarded West Australia’s (WAM) folk/songwriter of the year award four times, released three records, and toured to sold out rooms across the country, including a number of performances around the historic town of Albany. The Grand Magoozi is a mesmerising and elusive folksinger, residing in the sleepy towns of regional Victoria. Her writing is quirky, poetic and warming to the heart. She is returning from a brief hiatus for a tour of WA with Jack. From singing about seagulls to mumbling poems of sorrow, these musicians love to laugh, poke and longingly stare at the world, be sure not to miss this unique evening of music. Limited tickets available. For more dates and information, please visit www.jackdaviesandthebushchooks.com/tour.
