Join Buddhist nun Kelsang Tara for an inspiring talk on how to let go of anxiety - one of the most crippling emotions we face in our modern world. Learn to use Buddhist wisdom to not only temporarily pacify this painful state of mind, but to release your mind from it in effective, sustainable ways. The talk will be based on the book 'How to Solve Our Human Problems' by internationally-renowned teacher and Buddhist monk Geshe Kelsan Gyatso.
