The Restricted Burning Period for the North East Sector of the City of Albany is in effect from 1 October 2024 to 14 November 2024. Permits are now required. 

The Restricted Burning Period for the South West Sector of the City of Albany will be in effect from 18 October 2024 to 14 December 2024.  Permits will be required.

Albany Harbour Swim 2022

Past Event

The 4km Albany Harbour Swim starts from the Princess Royal Sailing Club, and finishes at the foot of the Albany Entertainment Centre on the foreshore.  Swimmers can swim the whole 4km, or join with friends in 2 by 2km or 4 by 1km relay teams.  Wetsuits are permitted and swimmers 10 years and older may enter.

The race will start at 7:30am on Easter Saturday April 16th 2022, and registrations are now open at: Registernow.com.au
