Community Scorecard 2025

The City of Albany is inviting residents to take part in the independent MARKYT Community Scorecard until 28 March 2025 to provide valuable feedback on City services and help shape future priorities.
The Community Scorecard benchmarks the City’s performance against other local governments in Western Australia and gathers comprehensive community feedback on areas of importance for residents.
The results will inform the review of the City’s Strategic Community Plan, which sets the long-term vision for Albany over the next decade.
Residents can complete the MARKYT Community Scorecard online via the link below.
Participation is anonymous, and all feedback will be used to guide future decision-making and resource allocation.
The MARKYT Community Scorecard is open now and will close on Friday 28 March 2025.
