The Restricted Burning Period for the North East Sector of the City of Albany is in effect from 1 October 2024 to 14 November 2024. Permits are now required. 

The Restricted Burning Period for the South West Sector of the City of Albany will be in effect from 18 October 2024 to 14 December 2024.  Permits will be required.

Proposal to Dispose of Property @ The Poolside – 52 Barker Road, Albany Leisure & Aquatic Centre

The City of Albany proposes to enter into a new lease and licence for the café and vending machine, over a portion of 52 Barker Road also known as Albany Leisure & Aquatic Centre, to Madeleine Burger trading as @ The Poolside for a consideration of $24,350 plus GST per annum.

 

The lease and licence term being for 5 years.

 

As required by the Local Government Act 1995 this proposal is advertised for public comment.
