Local Planning Policy 1.9: Waste Management

 Notice is hereby given that Local Planning Policy 1.9: Waste Management (LPP1.9) was considered at the Ordinary Council Meeting held 26 April 2023 and was approved for adoption.  

LPP1.9 seeks to ensure new development provides and maintains cost effective and functional waste management systems.

The policy has effect from the time of this notice.
