Notice is hereby given that Local Planning Policy 1.2: Shipping Containers was considered at the Ordinary Council Meeting held 26 November 2024 and was approved for adoption.

A Public Notice has been placed on the City’s website and as such the policy in now in effect.

The adopted version of the policy can be found on the Policies & Information Sheets page of the City of Albany website http://www.albany.wa.gov.au.
