City of Albany Access & Inclusion Advisory Group Expressions of Interest

The City of Albany is seeking expressions of interest from community members and/or stakeholders to join the City of Albany’s Access and Inclusion Working Group. The Working Group acts in an advisory capacity, to identify opportunities for improvements to access and inclusion within Albany. Where required, the Working Group also acts as a liaison body between the City and individuals/groups within the community.
The City is seeking memberships from any individuals or stakeholders with either lived experience of access and inclusion barriers or experience of assisting people in that space. The City welcomes individuals with disabilities such as physical, cognitive, and sensory impairments or mobility issues. It is your lived experience that educates the city on the challenges and opportunities to improve Albany for everyone. The City strongly encourages individuals living with a disability to apply.
