A gentle introduction to using martial arts techniques for health and fitness.
STRONG SENIORS
Friday 15th November
9.30am-10.30am
Part of ALAC's regular Long Live You program, this is a resistance-based group activity utilising a variety of equipment and free weights. This is a classed designed specifically to develop strength, stability, and overall fitness.
CHAIR YOGA
Wednesday 27 November
9.30-10.30am
A gentle yoga session where you can learn how the benefits of incorporating simple stretches into everyday life.
