ALAC’s Over 50’s Program Turns 5!
Join us in celebrating this milestone with a FREE Open Day at ALAC! Enjoy complimentary entry to our Long Live You classes.
- 8am Strong Seniors
- 9:15am Pilates
- 9:15am Aqua Splash
- 10am -12pm Social Sports (Carpet bowls, Tennis, Pickleball and Table tennis)
- 10:15am Dance Unlimited
- 11:15am Yoga
- 12pm light refreshments, tea, coffee and meet the trainers!
