Lifeline WA Awareness Session: Talking about Mental Health

Lifeline WA in partnership with Rio Tinto are offering this workshop to the Albany community as part of an initiative to encourage and promote positive well-being. Join us in the Albany library for an interactive exploration of mental health. Differentiate facts and myths about mental illness and identify a range of appropriate supports. Light refreshments will be provided.

*There is a requirement for participants to be 18 years or over to attend the workshop.
