The Restricted Burning Time in the Northeast Sector of the City of Albany has been lifted, as of today, Tuesday 22^nd April 2025, where burn permits are no longer required. All other conditions under the Bush Fire Act 1954 and must maintained.  The Southwest Sector of the City of Albany is still in the Restricted Burning Period up to and including Wednesday 14^th May 2025.
