Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Albany has prepared a draft Local Planning Policy 1.2: Shipping Containers (LPP1.2).
The draft LPP1.2 seeks to provide guidance on the siting and development of shipping containers throughout the City of Albany.
Details of the draft LPP1.2 are available to view on the attachment to the right.
Submissions on the draft Local Planning Policy can be lodged on or before 8 October 2024 and should include the name and address of the person making the submission.
