The City of Albany’s property and customer service teams are looking for a team player who is customer focused to take up the role of Property and Customer Service Officer.
Reporting to the Team Leader Property, Leasing and Customer Service, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing a positive first contact for City visitors, customers and ratepayers and providing an efficient and effective cashiering service;
- Supporting the property team with managing the City’s leasing portfolio including assisting with projects, organising maintenance and updating the leasing register;
- Providing efficient administration assistance to both the customer service and property teams as required; and
- Covering periods of leave for other team members.
Possession of excellent customer service skills along with well-developed communication, time management and organisation skills are essential.

Employment Type: 0.2 FTE
Salary: $55,030.52 to $60,347.82 per annum pro rata pa (pro rata)
