City of Albany offers six bushland camp sites.
Currently the City of Albany manages 6 camp sites, 5 of these are currently fee free (under review for the 2016/17 budget). Cape Riche currently charges $9 per night per adult and is the only camping area within Albany that allows cooking fires (rules apply) please take your own fire wood.
Facilities include public toilets, RV dump point, 24 camp bays (9 suitable for caravans) and beach access. Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash at all times. Limited mobile phone signal is available. A seven day maximum stay applies to all campers all year round. A camp host is on site during the peak Summer period.

A seven day maximum stay applies toall campers all year round. There is access into Torbay inlet, which is suitable for swimming and kayaking. The ocean can be accessed via a short 4WD track.

This is a very small camp ground, which is not suitable for caravans or large trailers due to limited space and the extremely steep access road. A seven day maximum stay applies to all campers all year round.

A seven day maximum stay applies to all campers all year round. Please be aware that this site is used by professional salmon fishermen and may be closed to camping between February and April.

Fires are allowed under strict guidance from the on-site caretaker, but you must bring in your own firewood prior to reaching the site. No dogs are allowed. Boats can be launched from the beach.
There are four RV dump points within the City of Albany.
- Town information bay on Albany Highway (opposite Le Grande Ave)
- Amity Quays off Princess Royal Drive (near the Brig Amity)
- Cosy Corner East camp grounds, off Cosy Corner Road (in the western section)
- Wellstead Town site on South Coast Highway (in the eastern section)
Please ensure that you thoroughly wash down the dump point after using it, with the water provided.
